Experience: Over 25 years experience in property management and development of hotels, resorts, commercial and residential projects throughout the state of California managing all aspects of development, approvals and staying within budgets when they are built and run.

I care very much about maintaining and enhancing the value and beauty of High Sierra Lodge for the owners and their guests.

I am very hands-on and serious about my commitments. I will listen to my fellow owners and keep our EXPENSES LOW and continue to maintain the BEST timeshare in Lake Tahoe.

I have been coming to the Hyatt Lake Tahoe since I was a young child with my family even before the Hyatt took over, so I am very aware of what is happening at our Hyatt Resort and our surrounding community, Incline Village.

I own at several (4) Hyatt Vacation Club Resort units in the Hyatt system and reside very close to the Hyatt Vacation Club in Carmel, CA.  I visit our Hyatt High Sierra Lodge at least 3 to 4 times per year.

Personally I have already met with Fiona, Mike and our new resort Manager Alicia. In early July 2008, I enjoyed the opportunity to meet and talk with Mike Kinnett, our liaison and director of operations.

Value to the Association: The demonstrated value of my personal and business experience are broad based. I will commit the time necessary to help the Association reach its objectives listening to every member in our association. I have served on numerous boards and my experience will bring positive results to the Association.
