1.  Interior painting.

2.  New carpeting.

3.  Re-upholstered chairs.

4.  New flat screen TV.

5.  New small appliances in brushed chrome.

6.  New kitchen knives.

7.  New bed spreads/comforters.

8.  Upgraded bath supplies.

 

GENERAL:

1.  New fitness equipment (still same area, which is very small).

2.  Ongoing replacement of exterior shingles.

3.  Resurface parking lot.
